One Bowl Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

These brownies are the ultimate treat—rich, dense, and oh-so-chocolatey. With simple ingredients and minimal effort, you’ll have a batch of decadent brownies ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Dutch-processed or unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips, divided
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or nonstick spray. Line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal, and grease the parchment as well.

Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and fully blended.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients:
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet mixture. Gently stir until just combined—be careful not to overmix.

Add Chocolate Chips:
Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the batter.

Prepare for Baking:
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on top.

Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the brownies are just set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve:
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing. Use the parchment overhang to lift them out for easier cutting. Enjoy your fudgy masterpiece!
