Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Loaded with all your favorite cheeseburger ingredients—ground beef, bacon, and cheese—this comforting casserole is a keto-friendly twist on the classic cheeseburger. Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (12-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven:
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the beef:
