Slow Cooker Pepper Steak Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef sirloin strips or sirloin steak, sliced
  • 3 large colorful bell peppers, sliced thick
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions:

  1. Add the beef sirloin strips to your slow cooker.
  2. Layer the sliced bell peppers and onion over the beef.
  3. Sprinkle the minced garlic on top.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Stir well to blend.
  5. Dissolve the beef bouillon cubes in the liquid mixture, then pour it over the beef and vegetables in the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
  7. Serve over steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
