Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for about a minute, until fragrant.
Deglaze the skillet by pouring in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Allow the sauce to simmer until it thickens slightly.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Enjoy your delicious creamy garlic Parmesan chicken!
