How To Make One-Pot Lasagna Soup
- Brown the Meat:
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, Italian sausage, and chopped onion until browned.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add Garlic:
- Return the pot to the stove, stir in minced garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Add the pasta sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth, sugar, balsamic vinegar, basil, oregano, bay leaf, and salt and pepper to taste.
