4-Ingredient Coconut Cream Bars

Ingredients:
24 oz shredded coconut (divided)
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 cups powdered sugar
24 oz chocolate (melted)

Directions:
Prepare the Coconut Base:
In a large bowl, combine 20 oz of shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered sugar. Stir well until fully mixed.
Press into Pan:
Press the coconut mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan, spreading it evenly. Place the pan in the freezer and allow the mixture to firm up, about 1 hour.
Slice and Dip:
Once firm, slice the coconut mixture into small squares. Dip each square into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
Finish and Store:
After dipping, place the bars onto wax paper and immediately sprinkle with the remaining 4 oz of shredded coconut. Allow the chocolate to set and store the bars in a sealed container.
